Heat waves are going to keep coming which is expected for the middle of summer. What is a surprise though, real estate has also heated up in the last 2 days. Perhaps it is pent up demand, or inflation / BOC rate predictions coming out, or just buyers tired of waiting on the fence. This is good news for everyone. Buyers can still find a deal but I wouldn't wait too long as once inventory depletes, prices will start to rise again. For sellers, buyers are active now so perhaps that property that has been sitting will finally sell. Only time and market will tell.
